ingredients
150g puff pastry
egg for brushing
1 roast chicken, meat only
60g butter
600g flour
350g mushrooms, quartered
250g bacon, sliced
2 cups chicken stock
1/3 cup cream
2 tablespoons chopped sage
juice of 1 lemon
